- Your location: a cross street, highway exit, mile marker, or business name.
- What is wrong: a tow, a jump, a flat, a lockout, or fuel.
- Your vehicle: the year, make, and model, and whether it rolls and steers.
- Any safety concern: if you are in traffic or anyone is in danger, say so first, and call 911 if it is an emergency.
